ImageReady/Photoshop animation

First get all of your pictures.

Then open Adobe Image Ready.

Open your first file

Click file, import and chose the folder with all of your other pictures.

If there are a lot of pictures they will be out of order so click and drag them to put them in order.

To change the speed of the picture motion go to the bottom box with all the pictures in it and click where it says 0 sec. and pick the speed you want.

You can have a preview of your animation. Go down to the box where there are all of your animations and hit the play button.

When you’re done click file, open in Photoshop.

Now that you’re in Photoshop click file, save for web.

Then click save.

Now you just made an animation!!!
